The program was chaired by Prof. Dr. Gyan Bahadur Karki, a member of the hospital management committee and academic board, and graced by the Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. Abhishek Maskey, Director of Manipal College of Medical Sciences, whose presence added great significance to this historic occasion.
