Pediatric Unit
There is child friendly pediatric unit in Himalaya Eye Hospital that provides all types of eye related treatment available for children below 15 years of age.
The HEH pediatric eye clinic is committed to providing children with a lifetime of optimal vision by identifying, treating and managing eye disorders early. The clinic, which specializes in child-friendly eye care, treats conditions like congenital cataracts, strabismus (squint), amblyopia (lazy eye), refractive errors, screening and treatment of retinopathy of prematurity, and other developmental eye diseases.
Pediatric ophthalmologist and adult strabismus surgeon Dr Hari Bikram Adhikari lead the unit.
